Hats off to another wonderful member of our club—Charley Goetz. He was prepared to present a program on Firewalls last November and was preempted by Corel at the last minute. So we rescheduled him for February. As anyone will tell you, the best laid plans of mice and men oft times go astray. Poor Charley’s fate in doing something good for our club seems to follow along those lines. A mere 3 hours before the January meeting was to begin, Charley was informed that the fellow who was supposed to tell us all about computer forensics was the victim of the dreaded bug that has been going around town. Could you possibly fill in at the last minute, Charley? “Of course”, says he. And that is exactly what he did—MARVELOUSLY!

Kudos also go to Marsha Thayer and Tim Clinehens for making the coffee/tea/cocoa last month, along with Dave Askew’s help. Who is going to volunteer for next month?

March is the month in which we elect new officers for the club. Some jobs are more difficult than others and take a lot of time, but others do not.
