Mission

The Mohawk Valley PC Users Group Inc. (MVPCUG) provides support and camaraderie to computer users of all skill levels throughout the Mohawk Valley. MVPCUG does this through vendor presentations, special interest groups (SIGs), workshops, a monthly newsletter, and a Web site. "Members Helping Members" is the way of the club.


History

The MVPCUG was founded in 1981 by individuals interested in IBM compatible computers. It is a nonprofit organization and was incorporated in 1995. The club functions using volunteers, whose expertise ranges from beginner to expert.

Membership Benefits

Membership is $25 with an annual renewal of $25. The month you join is the renewal/expiration date. Membership provides many benefits such as:

Free workshops
Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
Door prizes at meetings
